Participants were engaged throughout each day in individual tuition, solo and duet practice; group sessions and sitting in on their fellow students' lessons.
In addition to developing the young pianists'solo performance, the Piano Summer School will also provided experience of working in ensemble with a duet partner.
The summer school ran over five days and included an informal concert at the end for the students to share their favourite pieces with each other. It also included a duo recital given by Clíodna Shanahan and Simon Callaghan.
